An approval process is required before you request a credit check. If you cannot select “Credit History” from the À La Carte menu, you have most likely not completed this process. Begin this process by filing some paperwork then having a third-party inspection of your premises. The inspection cost is $75. Once approved for credit history checks, you will be able to order background checks for $10 each.
