Ryan Carter, Director of Sales and Business Development at PMM, had the pleasure of representing Protect My Ministry at the Orange Conference in Georgia last week. The conference is a one of a kind event that celebrates great ministries, provides a rewarding experience and presents multiple opportunities for the faith based community.
What is Orange?
The Orange conference, an annual conference for ministry leaders and teams, is part of the Orange movement started by one of our Clients, North Point Community Church. This year’s conference had over 6,000 attendees from ministries across the country. The focus and main message of the conference revolved around the Orange mission: Family ministry and guiding the next generation.

When asked about his experience, Ryan had one word to say – FUN! From the atmosphere to the people to the message, he said it was an all-around great conference to be at. He had the pleasure of having our NEW booth placed next to our partners Kid Check, who he met at the same conference two years prior. His favorite part of the conference was being able to meet face-to-face with hundreds of people; including many of our own our clients and partners, who we don’t always get to see.
Ryan will be representing Protect My Ministry again in July at the NACBA conference in Orlando. If you are involved in ministry and don’t know about the NACBA conference it is definitely one to check out. The conference is a unique opportunity to network with over 600 church leaders and learn about everything from risk management to staff development.
The NACBA conference isn’t the only thing to look forward to this summer. Vacation Bible School is just around the corner. Keep an eye out over the next few weeks for various tips on creating a fun and safe environment for all of your ministry’s summer programs.
